Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Logitech, a global provider of personal peripherals, is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer in Shanghai to design, implement and evolve its infrastructure and CI/CD ecosystems across global environments. The engineer builds highly automated, scalable and resilient platforms on multi-cloud setups including AWS and Alibaba Cloud, within a team of software engineers, QA, security and platform architects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure and highly available infrastructure across AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
• Build, optimise and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Ansible, Terraform or similar tools.
• Drive automation across build, deployment, monitoring and incident response.
• Collaborate with development, QA and security teams on application delivery.
• Set up monitoring, logging and alerting, and tune performance and capacity proactively.
• Promote DevOps best practices, set standards for environment consistency and security compliance, and report platform metrics to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
• Ability to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation with limited supervision.
• Passion for improving developer productivity through automation and mentoring peers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
