Senior Cost Controller

About the role

As a Senior Cost Controller at Bosch Group in Changsha, you will lead the reporting function and act as the quality gate for TNS forecasting and IFCF reporting. You will support business planning, rolling forecasts and monthly cost tracking, ensuring accurate financial information for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the reporting team and serve as the quality gate for forecasting and cost reporting.
• Own business planning, rolling forecasts and monthly cost tracking activities.
• Prepare and deliver key data reports and analyses to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the accounting team for month‑end and year‑end closing, as well as audit activities.
• Perform other finance‑related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or controlling within a manufacturing multinational corporation.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good command of English for reporting and stakeholder communication.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience with SAP FICO modules.
• Knowledge of Power BI for visual analytics (plus).
• Familiarity with Python for data processing (plus).
