FCM Controller

About the role

The FCM Controller will manage the financial and operational control of the FCM business unit in Changsha. This role combines budgeting, cost allocation, investment and purchase controlling with facilities and safety management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, track, report and control the FCM budget, including cost allocation and service agreements across all value streams.
• Steer cost spending, implement saving measures and drive cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee investment and purchase controlling activities for the GR/FCM segment.
• Manage Integrated Facility Management (IFM) tasks, digitalisation and sustainability projects.
• Provide commercial support, coordinate cross‑departmental activities and manage safety‑related processes.
• Assist the department with administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or project management, with strong communication and coordination skills.
• At least 3 years of facilities or safety management experience, familiar with EHS&QMM systems.
• Proficient in English (CET‑4 level) with fluent oral and written abilities.
