厂务FCM Controller

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for a Factory Management (FCM) Controller to lead business and control activities for the FCM segment in Changsha. The role combines financial oversight, cost allocation, and facilities management to support efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, track, report and control budgets for the Changsha FCM segment (50% of role).
• Allocate FCM costs within RBCC and manage service agreements across all value streams.
• Steer cost spending, implement cost‑saving measures and oversee investment and purchase controlling.
• Handle IFM tasks, drive digitalisation and sustainability initiatives, and manage safety‑related activities.
• Provide commercial support, coordinate cross‑departmental processes and assist with departmental administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in finance or project management with strong communication skills.
• At least 3 years experience in facilities or safety management, familiar with EHS&QMM systems.
• Proficient in English (CET‑4) with fluent oral and written abilities.
