About the role
As a Section Manager you will lead the Sample Workshop, Tooling Development and PDM office, ensuring smooth introduction of new products and efficient tooling lifecycle management. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive production data quality and engineering change processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the sample building process for new product introductions, including new part numbers and formulations.
- Oversee the complete tooling lifecycle: design, manufacturing, maintenance, and scrap.
- Maintain production data, generate and update process parameters.
- Govern Engineering Change Request (ECR) management across the plant.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on future improvements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
