Search Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Search Marketing Specialist will lead paid and organic search initiatives across major Chinese and global platforms. You will develop full‑funnel strategies to boost brand awareness, drive traffic and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Baidu, Bing, 360 and third‑party networks.
• Develop full‑funnel marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance.
• Analyse data using PowerBI and Excel to derive insights and report on results.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines and ensure delivery within scope.
• Lead SEO (on‑page, off‑page, technical) and GEO optimisation for platforms such as DeepSeek, ChatGPT, Doubao.
• Collaborate with product, design, BI and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on paid marketing experience in the consumer space.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficient in Excel and PowerBI.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
