Digital Education Manager

About the role

The Digital Education Manager will lead digital engagement initiatives for veterinarians, breeders, pet retailers and other professional audiences. You will design and execute CRM strategies to drive activation, engagement and retention, while ensuring high data quality and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital engagement strategies for professional audiences, creating relevant content and educational activities.
• Manage CRM operations, including user segmentation, campaign deployment, journey setup, testing, targeting and delivery.
• Monitor engagement, retention and campaign performance, develop reports and dashboards, and generate insights for business decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in petcare, animal health, veterinary, healthcare or related industries.
• Experience with CRM, customer engagement, activation, loyalty or community programs.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills; fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
