AI Marketing & Social Growth Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an AI‑native Brand & Social Growth Manager to lead content, storytelling and data‑driven growth across WeChat, RedNote and other platforms. The role blends marketing strategy with generative AI tools to boost efficiency and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Use generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) for content ideation, copywriting, video scripting, visual briefing and competitor analysis.
• Build reusable assets such as prompt templates, headline libraries and campaign content templates.
• Lead GEO and AI search optimisation to make brand and product content AI‑friendly and improve discoverability.
• Apply AI‑powered insights for social listening, competitor review, customer insight generation and performance analysis.
• Manage daily social content planning, execution and performance tracking on WeChat, RedNote and related platforms.
• Translate brand strengths into consumer‑friendly stories and support brand, product and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, legal, compliance, performance marketing, IT and external agencies to ensure compliant, conversion‑oriented content.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, brand marketing or e‑commerce operations.
• Background in consumer‑facing industries such as travel, lifestyle, content commerce or OTA is preferred.
• Strong data sense with ability to optimise content based on views, clicks, engagement and conversion metrics.
• Compliance awareness, especially for regulated sectors.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Kling, Canva, Feishu AI.
• Proficiency in using AI for ideation, content creation, competitor analysis and workflow improvement.
