职位概况
负责独立站运营团队的组建、培训及管理，推动网站整体运营达成阶段性目标。
主要职责
- 组建并管理独立站运营团队，制定绩效考核。
- 利用谷歌分析、SEMrush等工具进行数据分析，优化站点运营。
- 参与网站整体规划、风格设计及业务方向策划，确定定位与发展方向。
- 制定价格、运费规则，依据利润数据进行产品定价与调整。
- 监控竞争对手营销模式，结合用户需求优化网站流程。
- 策划站内活动，提升用户点击率和参与度，调配资源增加流量。
- 管理网站EDM工作，协助渠道组开展引流。
- 协调公司各部门需求，推动优化工作。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，英语读写精通。
- 8年以上独立站运营经验，3年以上管理经验。
- 具备数据分析和沟通协调能力。
- 职业稳定性强。
必备技能
- 谷歌分析（Google Analytics）
- SEMrush
- EDM运营
