Reliability Engineer – Quality & Reliability

About the role

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to partner with R&D, factories and suppliers, ensuring that components, assemblies and final products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will play a key role in qualification planning, data analysis and communication of reliability results to internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing sites and suppliers to guarantee product reliability.
• Develop, review and approve qualification plans for new products, technologies, components, vendors and site transfers.
• Coordinate qualification programs, analyse test data and generate lifetime models.
• Present reliability findings to engineering groups and customers.
• Provide expertise on device and module reliability to customers and suppliers.
• Lead technical discussions and ensure robust failure analysis, root‑cause identification and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reliability qualification projects and failure analysis.
• Familiarity with reliability standards such as GR468, JEDEC, MLI‑883 and IEC.
• Strong statistical analysis skills applied to reliability test data and lifetime modeling.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a cross‑functional, global team environment.
