职位概况
负责树脂生产车间的质量安全环境管理、品质控制及生产运营，确保生产计划顺利完成并按时交付。
主要职责
- 负责本部门QHSE质量安全环境管理体系的运行与持续改进。
- 制定并落实各工序QA操作规程和SH单元操作规程，组织全员教育培训及专项稽核。
- 按照PWS生产单工艺路线和SH要求执行生产，确保表单记录完整，协助技术部新产品试生产。
- 协调生产计划，组织车间生产活动，处理异常，跟踪订单完成情况，确保及时交货。
- 负责设备设施管理及绩效管理。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，化学相关专业。
- 5年以上树脂生产及现场管理经验。
