Regional Sales Manager - East China

About the role

Rehlko, a global leader in energy resilience with more than 100 years of experience, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for its East China area. The role reports to the Sales Director, China and plans, controls and directs the field sales force to secure maximum sales volume and profit targets while developing sales potential across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and recommend policies and objectives for effective field sales operations.
• Help set achievable sales targets based on forecasted market trends and customer analysis.
• Advise senior management on developments and trends, including customer reaction and distribution channels.
• Work with senior management to deliver strategic objectives within an allocated budget.
• Develop a business plan across the whole region through a selected business model or national key accounts, with weekly business development reviews.
• Build a strong East China sales team, with a clear development plan for each person in the region.
• Manage sales performance with tools such as weekly action plans and monthly reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 12 years of relevant experience, plus postgraduate training in Sales or Marketing Management.
• Or a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 15 years of experience and a postgraduate qualification in Sales and Marketing.
• Proven track record managing a progressive sales team.
• Experience in the generators business and team management.
• Outgoing personality, positive outlook, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across the whole country and all functions for assigned tasks.
