Account Manager - Power Transmission Products

About the role

Regal Rexnord is looking for an Account Manager in Shanghai to drive sales and promotion of its IPS couplings, bearings and gearings products in the region. The role aims to meet sales targets and grow market share in the related industries.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand market needs, promote products and work with other departments to prepare quotations and solutions that win orders
• Maintain close contact with equipment manufacturers, design institutes and end users to provide technical solutions
• Visit end users and design institutes to obtain maintenance spare parts orders
• Develop and maintain distributors and business partners to reach sales targets
• Provide technical support, maintain customer relationships and promote Regal products
• Follow up sales orders to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and provide payment information to customers
• Comply with EHSS laws and regulations and take responsibility for the safety of the position
• Carry out other assignments given by the manager

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical or engineering-related subjects
• At least 5 years of experience in power transmission product sales or technical service in industry (familiarity with the bearing/gearmotor industry is preferred)
• Deep understanding of the products and industry, able to give customers professional sales and technical solutions
• Good interpersonal communication skills, independent, proactive, responsible and adaptable to frequent business trips

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good written and spoken English (fluent oral English preferred)
