Production Team Member

About the role

The Production Team Member supports the manufacturing of hand‑crafted electromagnetic components, performing a variety of hands‑on tasks throughout the production process. This role requires a high level of personal integrity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Hand assembly of electrical devices
• Coil winding using both heavy and fine wire sizes
• Soldering of components
• Core assembly by stacking magnetic steel laminations
• Operating electrical test equipment to verify product performance
• Packaging finished products for shipment
• General maintenance of workspace and equipment
• Light fabrication work with various materials
• Low‑volume data entry related to production records

Required profile

• Honesty, dependability and ease of working with others
• Strong work ethic and self‑motivation
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and handle occasional heavy objects
• Willingness to learn new skills such as forklift operation or documentation techniques
• Pass a physical examination and a drug test
