Quality Compliance Manager

About the role

Reckitt is seeking a Quality Compliance Manager to develop and maintain the site quality management system, ensuring alignment with global and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate global QMS and regulatory requirements into the local system, working with cross‑functional teams.
• Drive quality culture through training, quality days, questionnaires and other routine activities.
• Manage market surveillance, corporate, cross and external audits, and conduct mock recalls.
• Handle customer and consumer complaints, lead root‑cause analysis and implement robust CAPA.
• Deploy and support the QualityOne system for super users and end users.
• Analyze critical and major site deviations and continuously improve supplier, EMB and EMO quality management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Food or Pharma.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management.
• Familiarity with laws and regulations for disinfectants, cosmetics and medical devices, including ISO 22716, ISO 13485 and GB/T 38503.
• Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder influence and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams.
