SoC Design Engineer

About the role

The SoC Design Engineer will focus on designing MCU/MPU SoCs with security and connectivity for IoT, edge, and automotive applications. The role involves subsystem and top‑level logic integration, quality assurance, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and integrate subsystems and top‑level logic for security‑focused SoCs targeting IoT/Edge/Auto markets.
• Ensure design quality through flows such as LINT, CDC, RDC, and CLP.
• Support IP design, verification, and work closely with architecture, power, and timing analysis teams.
• Participate in design methodology innovation to meet application requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with digital design or verification using Verilog, SystemVerilog or VHDL.
• Strong problem‑analysis and solving abilities, collaborative mindset for global projects.
• Hard‑working team player.
