About the role
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the foaming, leather sewing, and assembly areas. This includes managing staff, ensuring safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily production activities in foaming, leather sewing, and assembly zones, applying 5S, safety, and quality management.
- Arrange and supervise staff, providing training and coaching to team leaders and operators.
- Ensure on‑time delivery and product quality, using tools to prevent non‑conforming items.
- Initialize and improve Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) systems.
- Coordinate with equipment, process, quality, and project teams.
- Support equipment engineers in implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
