Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager will lead strategic planning, market analysis, and product lifecycle management for Regal Rexnord's industrial solutions. You will drive portfolio simplification, new product introductions, and go‑to‑market execution across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and AOP development through market, competitive and customer analysis.
• Develop multigenerational product roadmaps, secure cross‑functional consensus and lead voice‑of‑customer research.
• Drive portfolio simplification, strategic pricing, mix‑up and demand shaping to expand margins.
• Manage new product introductions from concept through commercialization, including financial modeling and sales forecasting.
• Lead go‑to‑market execution, training material creation, and marketing communications for product launches.
• Oversee product line performance, SIOP participation, and working‑capital optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of product management, marketing, strategy or related experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills with proven cross‑functional influence.
• Ability to conduct complex financial analyses, develop models and interpret P&L statements.
