Principle Technology Architect

About the role

You will lead Solution Architecture and accelerate the company’s technology transformation toward cloud‑native, API‑first, composable platforms. The role focuses on defining target‑state architecture for core applications and guiding implementation of modern integration, microservices, event‑driven patterns, and containerized deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute solution architecture strategy for core applications, aligning with enterprise technology priorities and cloud transformation goals.
• Design end‑to‑end solutions for ERP modernization, enterprise integration platforms, and accelerated cloud adoption on AWS or Azure.
• Champion migration of legacy systems to cloud‑native, API‑driven, microservices‑based, and event‑based architectures using Kubernetes, serverless, and managed services.
• Establish enterprise‑grade integration through API gateways, service mesh, standardized API contracts, and streaming platforms.
• Promote AI/ML and intelligent automation in planning, forecasting, fulfillment, and financial processes, collaborating with data and engineering teams.
• Ensure security‑by‑design, resiliency, performance, and compliance with global standards.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in solution architecture and cloud transformation.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern architectural patterns.
• Track record of modernizing legacy systems and delivering large‑scale enterprise solutions.
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption across business units.
