职位概况
我们正在寻找具备扎实大数据技术背景的开发工程师，负责设计与实现高性能的数据处理系统，支持业务数据的采集、存储与分析。
主要职责
- 使用 Hadoop、Flink、Doris 等技术设计并开发可扩展的数据处理系统。
- 搭建并维护数据采集、处理、分析的数据管道。
- 设计高效的数据模型，提升数据存储与检索效率。
- 与跨职能团队沟通，转化业务需求为技术实现。
- 排查数据处理及质量问题，确保系统稳定运行。
- 持续关注大数据新技术，推动技术升级。
任职要求
- 计算机科学、信息技术等相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 至少 3 年大数据开发与处理经验。
- 精通 Hadoop、Flink、Kafka、Doris、Iceberg、Redshift 等技术。
- 具备数据建模和数据库设计经验。
- 了解数据安全与合规要求，具备问题分析与解决能力。
- 良好的沟通协作能力，有数据湖建设经验者优先。
