职位概况
负责虚拟货币领域的AI Agent创新产品研发，主导算法设计、原型搭建及落地实现，推动多Agent协作与技能组合技术在金融场景中的应用。
主要职责
- 跟踪AI Agent前沿技术，结合区块链业务自主发起创新产品概念验证。
- 设计并实现任务规划、技能抽象、工具调用编排、多Agent协作等核心算法模块。
- 构建Agent评估体系，制定任务完成率、工具调用准确率等评测指标。
- 推动跨团队协作，协调数据、工程、前后端等资源，高效落地项目。
- 持续关注行业前沿，输出技术调研报告，为团队技术路线提供依据。
任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、金融工程或区块链相关专业。
- 良好的英文阅读与沟通能力，能快速理解前沿技术文献。
- 熟悉主流Agent框架（LangChain、LangGraph、CrewAI、AutoGen、OpenAI Agents SDK、OpenClaw、OpenHands、Dify）及MCP、A2A等互操作协议。
- 具备基于上述框架成功落地Agent应用的项目经验。
