About the role

This senior client-facing role drives consulting and market research initiatives that enhance organizational performance and inform executive decisions. It covers the development and execution of complex research programs, combining diverse data sources into actionable insights through advanced analytical and behavioral science frameworks. Professionals at this level shape methodologies, improve processes and work with executive leadership across clinical, public health, medical affairs and commercial domains. The role has sell and deliver responsibilities, with a primary focus on selling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects end to end independently, from new leads and project bidding through execution, management and client relationship handling, including troubleshooting and delivering actionable outputs.
• Lead and manage a team, supervise the quality of deliverables and support day-to-day work.
• Mentor associates, giving timely guidance and ongoing support for their career growth.
• Build solid relationships with existing clients and develop new business connections.
• Act as a trusted consultant offering fresh perspectives, clear points of view and critical thinking to solve client business challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 15 years of experience in consulting or market research for big health or healthcare companies, recognized by major clients.
• Strategic thinker with a strong business sense and sound project management efficiency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaborative spirit and can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, spoken and written.
