主要职责

根据营销订单、预订单核算备料，跟进未转采购订单并确认。
建立客户产品备料台账，跟踪物料预交付进度并监督。
每周滚动核算未来一个月的物料提拉需求表，跟进物料到位并识别交付瓶颈。
对交付跳票物料进行跟进和推动解决。
按月分析存货并推动处理。
核算辅料和工装治具备料，跟进领用情况。
分析项目生产用料，调整备料或提货需求。
处理项目4M变更、结案后的尾料、撤单呆滞及风险项目核算。
评估并设立安全库存，管控安全存货。
