职位概况
负责CNC设备的调试与参数优化，确保产品尺寸及性能符合标准。参与新产品导入前的试产验证，并协助解决量产过程中的异常问题。
主要职责
- 负责CNC设备调试与参数优化，确保产品尺寸及性能达标。
- 执行新产品导入前的试产验证工作。
- 协同工艺工程师解决量产过程中的异常问题。
- 定期对生产设备进行预防性维护与点检。
- 配合质量部门完成首件确认及过程抽检。
任职要求
- 中专及以上学历，机械、电气自动化或相关专业背景。
- 熟悉4轴、5轴CNC设备（牧野、兄弟、法兰克）。
- 具备编程能力和基础识图能力。
- 能够适应夜班工作节奏。
