职位概况
负责主导项目团队会议，管理项目文件，确保项目按时交付并满足质量与成本要求。
主要职责
- 组织并执行项目团队会议，制定内部外部目标及交付物。
- 管理项目文件、时间计划、月度报告及39个步骤汇报。
- 监控图纸、样件、生产工装进度，确保支持产品生产交付。
- 管理财务趋势，控制预算，达成财务指标。
- 通过设计评审、现场走访、供应商评审等方式监控项目进度。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限。
- 5年以上汽车项目管理或投产管理经验。
- 熟悉APQP流程，具备办公软件使用能力。
- 具备良好的沟通、协调及表达能力，能够独立完成客户管理及项目投产工作。
必备技能
- APQP流程
- 办公软件（如Excel）
