职位概况
负责根据开发需求进行信息收集、可行性分析，制定项目目标并组织团队实施，确保项目按里程碑推进并达成预期成果。
主要职责
- 收集并汇总开发需求，进行项目可行性分析并输出报告。
- 制定项目目标，组建团队并进行合理分工与管理。
- 协调客户端、供应链及外部资源，降低成本并保证目标实现。
- 依据里程碑制定详细计划，推进实施并输出进度报告。
- 配置项目资源，编制报表，识别风险并提供分析报告。
- 整理项目过程资料，实现共享。
- 进行差异与原因分析，输出总结报告并优化管理。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，熟悉摄像头模组、VCM马达或XR相关产品。
- 5年以上项目管理经验，具备出色的沟通、分析、组织协调和执行能力。
- 能承受较大工作压力，拥有良好工作心态，英语流利者优先。
- 熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint等Office办公软件。
