About the role
This manual production role is responsible for following work instructions strictly to produce qualified products that meet customer requirements while continuously improving performance. The operator maintains a safe and clean work environment and performs basic quality checks.
Key responsibilities
- Create and inspect products, ensuring quantity and quality meet customer specifications.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative checks of raw and auxiliary materials.
- Report deviations promptly.
- Load and unload machinery according to safety and work instructions.
- Complete productivity and quality control logs and review environmental policies.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent (China and South Korea) or relevant local qualification (Germany).
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic 5S knowledge.
- Good local language communication skills.
Required skills
- Machine operation experience.
- Measurement tool experience.
