Job description

About the role

This manual production role is responsible for following work instructions strictly to produce qualified products that meet customer requirements while continuously improving performance. The operator maintains a safe and clean work environment and performs basic quality checks.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and inspect products, ensuring quantity and quality meet customer specifications.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative checks of raw and auxiliary materials.
  • Report deviations promptly.
  • Load and unload machinery according to safety and work instructions.
  • Complete productivity and quality control logs and review environmental policies.

Required profile

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (China and South Korea) or relevant local qualification (Germany).
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic 5S knowledge.
  • Good local language communication skills.

Required skills

  • Machine operation experience.
  • Measurement tool experience.
