Supervisor II MQE – Quality Management

About the role

TE is seeking a Supervisor II MQE to lead quality inspector management, coordinate QC resources, and drive product quality improvements across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage FSR/IQC/IPQC teams, including calibration of plant measurement equipment.
• Coordinate and optimize QC resources to support internal problem analysis.
• Assign QC tasks according to production schedules.
• Review FSR/IQC/IPQC performance and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to enhance product quality.
• Improve production standardization, inspection plans, inspector skills, and discipline management.
• Conduct shift quality staff performance appraisals and communicate non‑conformities to managers.
• Provide QC staff training, team building, and staff development.
• Follow TE EHS policy and perform other duties assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrialization.
• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in the electronics or related industry.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in data collection and analysis.

Required skills

• Familiarity with measurement equipment such as DTM and OGP.
• Knowledge of error‑prevention and problem‑solving methods (8D, fishbone chart, 5 Whys).
• Experience with MSA and SPC quality tools.
• Understanding of IATF 16949 and other quality system requirements.
• Good office application skills.
