职位概况

加入我们，担任制造运营经理，负责PCBA生产线的执行、质量和安全工作，协调资源并推动绩效改进。

主要职责

监督端到端的制造运营，确保所有班次一致执行标准。
协调生产计划，优先安排工作流程，分配人员和设备以达成目标。
监控关键绩效指标，处理质量和安全偏差，通过结构化升级解决障碍。
与维护、供应链和质量团队合作，稳定绩效表现并实施改进举措。

任职要求

具备变革管理、客户导向、结果驱动、影响力技能的高级水平。
具备持续改进、精益方法论、制造运营绩效、运营健康与安全管理的中级水平。
验证的领导能力，能够引导团队完成日常运营和非常规挑战。
主动的问题解决者，能够预见问题并清晰、紧迫地升级。
