职位概况

Robert Half International 在上海、北京、深圳招聘（高级）猎头顾问。候选人需具备 4 年以上相关职能猎头工作经验和客户开发经验，本科及以上学历，中文和英语流利。

主要职责

深入了解客户业务需求、文化和工作环境，将其与候选人的技能、经验和性格相匹配
通过商业网络、直接招聘、现有数据库和广告寻找候选人，并建立高素质的人才库
为客户提供建议，把控招聘全流程，包括面试、背景调查和薪资谈判

任职要求

4 年及以上相关职能猎头工作经验和客户开发经验
财务、金融或技术领域的招聘经验是加分项
积极心态，能在快节奏、高绩效团队中工作，具备创新、创造和战略思维
诚实沟通，为他人创造平等机会
