职位概况
团队领航家是门店领导团队的重要成员，负责提升门店销售区团队与客人的体验，推动门店运营顺畅。
主要职责
- 以身作则，支持产品教育员，确保客人获得卓越的购物体验。
- 通过关键绩效指标管理团队表现，提供反馈、辅导和职业发展指导。
- 策划并执行本地社区项目，如跑步俱乐部、瑜伽活动等。
- 维护门店陈列、补货及开闭店检查，确保运营符合公司标准。
任职要求
- 具备所在司法管辖区合法工作权利。
- 至少一年团队领导或人员管理经验。
- 愿意灵活安排工作时间并在门店内巡查。
- 大专及以上学历者优先，具备零售或销售管理经验者佳。
