职位概况
负责制定并执行客户拓展规划，达成公司销售目标，重点合作对象包括商业保险公司、银行及大型企业。
主要职责
- 根据公司战略和市场行情制定并落实客户拓展计划，完成销售指标。
- 与商业保险公司、银行、大型企业等建立多种合作销售模式，推动健康管理服务落地。
- 维护客户及行业关系，挖掘需求并提供行业解决方案。
- 收集行业销售信息，为公司业务发展和价格定位提供依据。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，市场营销、管理学、金融学等相关专业。
- 3年以上销售管理经验，5年以上TPA服务商、互联网医疗、大健康、健康体检等行业营销经验。
- 熟悉B端客户拓展，具备良好销售理念和强烈客户意识，能在快节奏和压力下完成任务。
- 了解视频医生、体检、国内/外二诊等B端客户获客及增值服务者优先。
