About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a senior DSM Regional Manager to lead the solid tumor (urology) portfolio in Shanghai. The role focuses on driving sales strategy, managing a high‑performing team, and delivering market growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of individual contributors and supervisors, overseeing performance management.
