职位概况
负责按照BASF EHS管理规定执行日常生产操作，确保安全、质量和产量达标。需积极配合班组和装置管理，提高生产效率。
主要职责
- 严格执行BASF EHS管理规定和装置生产操作程序。
- 及时上报并配合处理EHS、生产或质量事故。
- 按照生产计划保质保量完成当天产量。
- 参加生产、工艺操作培训并通过考核，独立完成日常操作。
- 配合人员安排，提升装置安全、质量和效率。
- 遵循5S管理要求完成每日工作任务。
任职要求
- 中专及以上学历，1年以上化工生产经验。
- 具备班组长（Shift Leader）经验者优先。
- 普通话流利，具备基础英语理解能力。
- 熟练使用计算机，持有叉车驾驶证者优先。
