Senior Manager, Product Management Coupling

About the role

Regal Rexnord is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Management Coupling in Shanghai. The role covers the full lifecycle of the coupling product line, from market intelligence and business cases through new product introductions, pricing and go-to-market, to portfolio lifecycle management and SIOP.

Key responsibilities

• Market intelligence and business case preparation: market, customer and competitive analysis, and product requirement specifications.
• Portfolio strategy: product line roadmaps, voice of the customer research, and strategic projects for growth opportunities.
• 80/20 complexity reduction, strategic pricing, mix-up, demand shaping and sales funnel development.
• New product introductions: work with global NPD teams, drive PMO stage-gate processes, and build pro forma financials with finance.
• Go-to-market execution: training materials, collateral, launch kits and competitive alerts, and collaboration with sales and commercial leaders.
• Portfolio lifecycle management: oversee specification, cost, quality, delivery and data integrity for the coupling division in China, and participate in SIOP.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business/marketing; MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of product management, marketing, strategy, engineering, business development or related experience.
• 3 years plus hands-on sales, application engineering and/or design engineering experience, with a proven track record of customer insight, application and business development, product design, VAVE or localization.
• Experience simplifying product lines and managing them.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, and strong financial acumen, including financial modelling and P&L interpretation.
• Ability to travel 30-35%.
