Hydraulic Manifold Designer

About the role

Regal Rexnord is looking for a designer to develop hydraulic manifolds and hydraulic power stations in line with technical specifications, customer requirements and internal standards. The role sits within the company's power transmission and motion control business and involves 3D modelling, GD&T and close collaboration with manufacturing, quality and supply chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design hydraulic manifolds and hydraulic power stations according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings in CREO and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and manufacturability.
• Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles to mechanical designs.
• Select metal materials based on performance, durability and manufacturing needs.
• Support product development, including design reviews, prototyping and troubleshooting.
• Work with manufacturing, quality and supply chain teams to ensure product launch and production readiness.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings and design records.
• Communicate with global stakeholders using written English.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience designing hydraulic manifolds and hydraulic power units.
• Ability to read and write technical documentation in English.
• Preferred: experience with electrical control systems and PLC programming, exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments, and experience with cross-regional engineering teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CREO and AutoCAD.
• Solid foundational knowledge of hydraulic systems.
• Strong understanding of geometric tolerances and common metal materials.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
