Job description
主要职责
- 严格按照项目管理流程工作，保证项目过程文件的输出质量和准时性。
- 全面负责项目的计划、实施、监督与控制，确保项目达到预期效果。
- 进行风险识别、评估并制定相应对策。
- 监督项目进度，控制成本在预算范围内。
- 与企业各职能部门充分沟通、协调，推动项目顺利进行。
- 定期向上级汇报工作，并执行上级交代的相关任务。
任职要求
- 机械或相关专业本科学历。
- 5年以上项目管理工作经验，非标自动化行业优先。
- 有非标自动化产品设计或销售经验者优先。
- 熟练使用各种办公软件，具备Project软件使用能力。
- 较好的英语沟通能力。
- 具备较强的沟通能力、团队合作精神、领导力和抗压能力。
- 具备商务管理能力。
- 拥有PMP证书者优先。
必备技能
- Project软件使用能力。
