职位概况
我们是成立于1902年的新加坡安盛律师事务所，在亚洲拥有广泛业务。现通过上海代表处招聘助理律师（Associate），为客户提供企业与商业、并购、劳动及合规等法律服务。
主要职责
- 为企业客户提供公司与商业事务的法律咨询。
- 参与并购项目的尽职调查及文件起草。
- 处理劳动法及合规相关事务。
- 与跨文化团队合作，支持中国客户的法律需求。
任职要求
- 持有新加坡法律学位并取得新加坡执业律师执照。
- 具备1至3年企业与商业、并购、劳动或监管合规领域的执业经验。
- 有服务中国客户及处理中国事务的经验。
- 中英文听说读写流利，具备良好沟通与人际交往能力。
- 能够在跨文化团队中独立工作，适应快节奏的工作环境。
必备技能
- 熟悉企业与商业法律、并购流程、劳动法及合规监管。
