About the role
The Legal Counsel will lead and support the company’s litigation and contract matters, providing strategic legal advice across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution cases, including pre‑litigation consultation.
- Oversee external counsel and coordinate legal strategy.
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of contracts.
- Support legal projects such as restructurings and M&A when required.
- Conduct legal research and deliver consultations to internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Passed the PRC bar exam.
- Minimum three years of legal experience with a focus on litigation.
- Strong ethical standards, self‑motivated and excellent communication skills.
