职位概况
本岗位负责公司日常法律事务，提供合同审查、法律咨询及纠纷处理等支持，确保业务合规运行。
主要职责
- 审核公司合同文本，出具法律意见。
- 提供日常法律咨询，处理纠纷及诉讼事务。
- 参与重大项目的法律风险评估并提供相应支持。
- 制定、完善内部合规制度，监督执行。
- 参与重要业务谈判，提供法律支持。
- 与外部律师、司法机关及监管部门保持沟通。
- 组织法律培训，提升员工法律意识。
任职要求
- 本科及以上法学相关学历，国家司法考试通过者优先。
- 5-10年企业法务或律所工作经验。
- 熟悉民商法、合同法、劳动法等相关法规。
- 具备较强的法律分析、风险评估及问题解决能力。
- 优秀的沟通协调能力，能够独立处理复杂法律事务。
- 责任心强，工作细致，具备良好职业道德。
必备技能
- 合同审查与起草。

- 纠纷处理与诉讼管理。

- 法律培训组织。
