职位概况
负责上海迪士尼度假区酒店康乐中心的日常运营，确保为游客提供安全、便捷且高品质的娱乐体验。
主要职责
- 领导康乐中心的日常运营管理。
- 执行并监督安全流程，保持最高安全标准。
- 落实整体战略和运营计划。
- 管理日常财务，包括人力成本及其他费用。
- 与游客、演职人员及外部服务供应商沟通，确保服务顺畅。
- 第一时间响应并处理康乐区域的游客事件。
任职要求
- 具备领导与运营管理经验。
- 拥有提升客服务水平的实战技巧。
- 优秀的口头及书面沟通能力，能中英文会话。
- 善于处理冲突并在团队中高效协作。
- 注重细节，具备组织、时间管理及决策能力。
- 能够适应灵活工作时间，包括周末及节假日。
必备技能
- 基本电脑操作能力，熟悉Windows操作系统环境。
