Lounge Ambassador

About the role

The Lounge Ambassador ensures premium service for Business Class passengers in Cathay Pacific lounges, embodying the brand values of Thoughtful, Progressive and Can‑do Spirit. The role combines hospitality, customer interaction and operational support to create memorable lounge experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Lounge Supervisor in managing the lounge team and daily operations.
• Greet and engage Business Class passengers, delivering personalized service and handling inquiries about lounge facilities, Cathay membership, and travel assistance.
• Monitor the lounge environment, ensuring cleanliness of seating, dining, and restroom areas, and oversee food‑and‑beverage service.
• Collect and consolidate customer feedback, conduct quality checks, and contribute to continuous improvement of the lounge experience.
• Assist with check‑in, boarding and disruption handling, operating the airport check‑in system and providing protection services during irregular operations.

Required profile

• College degree preferred; diploma in Hospitality, F&B or related field is an advantage.
• 1–2 years experience in hotel management, fine dining, luxury hospitality or airport lounge environment.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) with strong customer‑oriented attitude.
• Energetic, outgoing personality, able to work under pressure and flexible with shift hours, including overtime.
• Attention to detail, teamwork skills and willingness to learn more about the Food & Beverage industry.
