职位概况
负责指导压铸模具维修团队，制定并执行模具维修与保养计划，确保模具维修及时、质量达标，支持生产顺畅进行。
主要职责
- 指导压铸模具维修团队，保证维修及时性。
- 根据生产需求制定详细的模具维修及保养计划。
- 快速准确判断模具故障原因并完成维修。
- 分析故障根本原因，制定预防措施。
- 突发情况下组织抢修，确保生产不受影响。
- 针对模具设计缺陷提出改进建议，协助优化设计。
任职要求
- 5-10年以上压铸模具维修工作经验，熟悉压铸模具结构、性能及常见问题。
- 具备大吨位压铸模具维修经验，能独立判断和处理复杂故障。
- 深入理解压铸模具设计原理和制造工艺，能提出建设性改进建议。
