职位概况
负责CngP测试工艺技术的应用与改进，支持本地测试设备开发及数字化项目，推动测试工艺的标准化与新工艺的落地。
主要职责
- 测试工艺应用、标准化及新工艺开发支持。
- 与维修团队合作提升测试设备效率。
- 系统性解决生产过程中的技术问题，持续改进工艺稳定性。
- 支持新工艺的开发、放行及本地测试平台的建设与降成本项目。
- 担任测试技术数字化项目负责人，提供国际项目支持。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，机械、电气、材料或自动化相关专业。
- 三年以上相关工作经验，熟悉车辆电机及直流电机生产工艺。
- 具备编程能力，熟练使用MS Office。

- 机械、电气、自动化技术
