职位概况
负责统筹项目进度、成本、质量，确保非标自动化等工业项目按计划交付。需要具备丰富的项目管理经验，能够适应现场出差。
主要职责
- 统筹项目进度、成本、质量，制定并跟进大日程计划表。
- 主导可行性分析、预算编制及组织架构搭建。
- 负责项目立项、章程制定、沟通机制及会议体系建设。
- 督导品质验收、BOM 编制、变更管控及风险识别。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备汽车、机器人、机器视觉、非标自动化等行业项目管理经验。
- 5 年以上项目管理工作经验。
- 主动学习能力强，能适应现场出差。
