TPU Shift Operator

About the role

The TPU Shift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned production units on a chemical manufacturing line. The role involves following production schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards to ensure continuous plant performance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor PLC systems, equipment, loading/unloading, tank area, utilities, and designated maintenance tasks.
• Perform laboratory sampling and analysis, collaborating with lab technicians and engineers.
• Record operational actions, process deviations, faults, quality reports, and parameters in shift logs and the production control system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of each production unit and handle waste according to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Provide comprehensive handover to the incoming shift team covering production status, quality, and safety matters.

Required profile

• High school or technical secondary education with a focus on chemical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working on chemical plant equipment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
