Job description
职位概况
根据生产规程、生产目标、安全规程、质量控制指标和班长指令，对生产线各单元实施操作、控制和监视，包括PLC操作、设备操作、装卸料、罐区操作、实验室分析等。
主要职责
- 严格遵照操作规程、生产指令和环境、健康、安全规程，确保生产线指定单元平稳安全运行。
- 准确及时记录操作动作、维修动作、工艺波动、故障、质量报告和工艺参数。
- 保持生产单元清洁卫生，按规程处理废弃物。
- 执行工艺取样和实验室分析，与实验室技术员和工程师合作。
- 向接班班组全面交接生产状况、装卸料、质量、故障处理及安全等信息。
任职要求
- 高中或中专以上学历，专业为化工或机械。
- 不少于3年化工装置工作经验，适合并乐于倒班工作。
