职位概况
负责酒店安全保卫体系的日常运行与管理，统筹门岗、巡逻、监控、消防及突发事件应急响应等工作，保障宾客与员工的人身财产安全。
主要职责
- 制定并落实安全管理制度、应急预案及操作流程，组织消防、反恐演练及安全培训。
- 监督安防设施（视频监控、门禁、消防报警等）的巡检、维护与有效性验证。
- 主导治安巡查，及时发现并处置安全隐患、可疑人员及突发事件。
- 协同公安、消防等外部单位开展联防联控，配合完成安全检查和重大活动安保。
- 管理安保团队排班、绩效考核与业务能力提升，确保人员持证上岗。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，治安管理、安全管理等相关专业优先。
- 持有保安员证（高级别优先），具备消防设施操作员或其他安全类职业资格证书。
- 5年以上四星级及以上酒店或大型商业综合体安保管理经验，至少2年主管岗位经历。
- 熟悉《保安服务管理条例》《消防法》《旅馆业治安管理办法》等法规。
- 具备现场指挥、应急处突及跨部门协作能力，能够处理客诉、纠纷等典型场景。
- 形象端正，责任心强，具备良好沟通表达与团队管理经验，能适应轮班制。
必备技能
- 保安员证、消防设施操作员证等安全类职业资格证书。
