职位概况
负责酒店整体安全与消防管理，确保人员与财产安全，营造安全的经营环境。
主要职责
- 组织并明确保安人员工作职责。
- 制定并实施安全培训计划。
- 巡视各区域，记录并防止安全事故。
- 完善安全消防制度，整理相关档案。
- 检查、维护安全消防设施设备。
- 配合公安部门调查处理突发问题。
- 协调保安部日常事务，落实指令。
- 安排执勤人员岗位，确保无空岗。
任职要求
- 同档酒店保安工作3年以上经验，接受过酒店保安培训。
- 具备一定的管理经验。
- 良好的沟通能力。
- 能够处理突发事件。
必备技能
- 熟悉安全消防设施的检查、维护与保养。
